Our fantastic new executive
Chef Gregory Gourdet from New
York is evolving the menu at Saucebox. He will maintain your
favorites. Classics like the Tapioca Dumplings, Korean Ribs and
the Javanese Salmon will remain, but Gregory is introducing
delicious new dishes with a bright flavor profile. You will love his
Lacquered Pork Belly with coconut milk, black pepper-cherry
preserves, ginger and cilantro, and the
Roasted Chicken with
crispy skin, ginger, garlic, scallion, shiitake and hoisin jus. A new
favorite is the
Grilled Prawns with marinated papaya, charred
long beans, avocado and chilies. We are accepting reservations
now.
Letting go of 2008 and welcoming the new year with all its promise and hope will be cause for
big celebration, delicious food and many, many cocktails. Saucebox is the place to be.
Gregory will be presenting festive, occasion-specific deliciousness on our ala carte menu for
seatings throughout the night in the dining room, cafe and mezzanine.
